About Bakery Crescent
Located at 270 E Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005, Bakery Crescent operates as an asian bakery serving Arlington Heights in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amโ7 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. A wonderful place to get fresh-baked Japanese bakery treats. I've made many visits over the past few years and enjoyed everything. I've been fortunate enough to travel to Japan many times over the same period, and there are several items that I think are better here. The service is always friendly and prompt. The little strip mall it is in is, unfortunately, not thriving, but oh well.

Went there for a birthday treat! The green bean and ube pastries were so fluffy and perfect! We got the milk bread to make sandwiches at home and wow it made my egg sandwich 10/10. Prices are amazing!

This bakery is absolutely amazing! Their bread is delicious and always super fresh. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is excellent in everything they sell. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, courteous, and made the whole experience even better. The bakery is also very clean and smells like a little piece of heaven the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, high-quality bread and wonderful service!

For an authentic taste of Japan, this bakery is a must-visit. Its cozy neighborhood feel offers a tempting variety of sweet and savory breads at surprisingly affordable pricesโeven over 10years in business. Favorites include the dreamy chestnut cream bun, which blends silky chestnut paste with fresh cream, and the nostalgic sweet potato cream bun, which is packed with comforting mashed sweet potato. On the savory side, the yakisoba panโa fluffy bun stuffed with noodlesโis a classic, while the takoyaki pan offers a unique twist.

This is a small Japanese bakery. Itโs a standard grab and go. Thereโs no seating. Yes, they do speak English for people who think thereโs a language barrier. They have refrigerated sandwiches on your left in a cooler, thatโs very convenient for quick meals. The egg and ham sando was okay, not quite as tasty as the ones in Japan. The eggs in this sandwich are not as creamy and the bread was just okay. The tonkatsu sando is a lot better. I recommend heating it up for about 40 secs. It has just the right amount of savoriness. They have bread, different kinds of buns and donuts, etc. The takoyaki bun was very delicious. I recommend getting that one. Basically, if you want to come here to pick up items for breakfast, snacks, or a light meal then this place is very solid. Prices are pretty cheap, cheaper than Tous Les Jours. Service is very friendly. Ample parking but can be limited since itโs not a big lot.
